Made to order
Every Shred Goat item is printed on demand after you order. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Total time from order to delivery is usually 5–15 business days.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and address. Any free-shipping offer will be shown at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Multiple items
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, contact us and we'll help arrange reshipment at your cost.

Delays
Carrier delays, holidays, and weather can occasionally add time. If your order is significantly late, contact us and we'll look into it.

Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, see our Return and Refund Policy or email us within 30 days.
