Return and Refund Policy

Every Shred Goat item is printed on demand and made to order just for you. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

Misprints, defects, and damage
If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged in shipping, or isn't the item you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order only before it goes into production. Production usually starts within 24 hours of purchase, so email us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can't cancel or change the order.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Lost packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 30 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
